This role requires strong knife skills, attention to detail, and understanding of Akis Standard Operating Procedures.Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations at all timesTake responsibility for a designated section (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry), ensuring quality and consistency in preparation and presentationPrepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes, portion sizes, and plating styleShow proficiency in knife work, baking, recipe scaling, and cooking techniquesAssist the Senior Chef de Partie with kitchen operations during service, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of dishesContribute ideas for menu development, daily specials, and seasonal updatesMaintain cleanliness and organization in your section, including xwzovoh proper equipment use and deep cleaning routinesEnsure proper food storage, labelling, and rotation in compliance with health regulationsSoft skills:Adaptability to changes to avoid disruptions to serviceFlexibility with shifts to cover business needsGood communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitudeGood decision-making and organisational skills to stay on top of the busy servicePlease note that your job description is not an exhaustive list of tasks and duties but serves a guideline for daily duties which may change from time to time….
