The successful candidate will be responsible for, assisting menu planning, ordering produce, costing, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes and daily changing specials within a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about classic British food with a modern twist. The ideal candidate will have relevant kitchen experience, a strong understanding of food safety standards, EHO requirements and a commitment to high-quality meal preparation.
