Service Transformation Analyst
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to play a key role in supporting the Trust’s Transformation and Integration Division. Working closely with clinical and operational teams, the post holder will map and analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for standardisation and efficiency, and support the design of improved pathways and digital solutions. They will provide high‑quality analytical insights, build strong working relationships across services, and act as a trusted facilitator of change, ensuring improvements are evidence‑based and sustainable.
This role will contribute directly to Trust‑wide and service‑specific transformation priorities, including the development of future state pathways, standard operating procedures, and digital innovations. The post holder will support the implementation of improvement initiatives, evaluate the impact of service changes, and develop materials such as process maps and improvement charters to help teams plan and deliver change. This is a full‑time post.

Main duties of the job
- Work with clinical and operational teams to map current processes using recognised methodologies (e.g., process mapping, value‑stream mapping).
- Analyse workflows, demand, capacity, and performance data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development of future state pathways and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to the delivery of Trust‑wide and service‑specific transformation programmes.
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation, automation, and improved use of technology.
- Support the implementation of improvement initiatives, ensuring changes are embedded and measurable.
- Assist in evaluating the impact of service changes, including benefits realisation and performance monitoring.

Qualifications
- Specialist knowledge across service transformation underpinned by relevant qualifications or relevant practical experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Original certificates may be required to verify qualifications at point of offer.
Experience
- Experience of analysing processes or performance data; supporting improvement or transformation projects.
- Experience of working with teams to develop and deliver improvement and/or transformation plans.
- Experience of working with multidisciplinary teams and using digital tools to support change.
- Experience of designing and developing presentation and information materials (digital and print).
- Development, maintenance and oversight of complex delivery plans.
