This is a rare opportunity to help shape the food offer of a brand-new venue, joining at the outset of an ambitious regional expansion.We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our Team as we launch our first venue in London this summer.Our Broadgate Circle site is the Five Iron UK debut, building on more than 50 sites globally, and counting.What Were Looking ForWe are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who is calm and works well under pressure.A Sous Chef with positive attitude and excellent communication skills who is organised,customer focused and pays attention to detail.Maintain consistent food quality and presentation, manages food GP, ordering and stock control.Maintain safe and hygienic work practices by observance of hygiene, fire, health & safetyand haccp requirements.
