Head chef required for an establishment in North Norfolk, on the coast. The live in is within walking distance of both the kitchen and the beach as well. Head chef, 47k + tips 3k. This is a fresh food busy operation, of a 1 rosette level. The role As a head chef you will run the kitchen, you will ensure it runs smoothly and ready for service on time. You will ensure the team of chefs are cooking at a 1 rosette level. This role includes all the normal head chef duties. Experience We are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background, you will be reliable & have a steady/stable work history. you will have good knowledge of produce and passion.
