We are seeking a talented Marketing Lead to build a distinctive brand presence, grow the team around them, and lead best-in-class content from day one.
Who you are
You’re a smart, ambitious marketer who has led high-performing social-first digital campaigns within the property, luxury or lifestyle sector, on brand or agency side.

You understand how to appeal to high-net-worth buyers through desire-led content, and you know how to build credibility in markets where relationships and quality matter.
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You care deeply about positioning, storytelling, and brand craft, while being commercially minded and able to execute.
You have a passion for property. You appreciate the craftsmanship, the people, and the stories behind every home, and you know how to bring that to life for others.
What you’ll do
- Lead Prime Property’s brand presence and strategy across social, content and digital campaigns
- Evolve and sharpen our approach for attracting the right buyers, driving engagement with the platform, including registrations and property enquiries
- Plan, manage, optimise and report on brand, partner and property campaigns across organic and paid channels
- Shape creative direction across brand, priority listings, development and partner content
- Develop and manage our network of freelance creatives to deliver content that consistently exceeds our standards
- Oversee the rollout of content across our website and email, ensuring relevant messaging for buyer and partner audiences
- Lead the editorial direction for Prime Property’s owned content, including The Journal, commissioning, shaping and contributing to stories that reflect the brand
- Ensure our campaigns and platform priorities are informed by performance data, buyer and partner insight
- Build, guide and mentor a growing team, ensuring content is on-brand, aligned with best practice, and consistently high quality
- Stay ahead of trends across luxury property, social media, and the wider marketing landscape, bringing fresh thinking and new ideas to the business
What you’ll bring: Must have
- 5+ years experience leading marketing, social, and content within the property, luxury or lifestyle sector, on brand or agency side
- Meticulous attention to detail, you notice what others miss and enjoy working in an environment where there is a high bar for quality
- Entrepreneurial and curious mindset, you identify opportunities across the business, form a point of view, and present clear recommendations
- Experience owning brand social channels with a data-driven approach and sharp instinct for what performs and why
- Hands on leadership and execution of digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid advertising, including reporting and insights delivery
- Experience leading video content and creative asset production from brief to delivery, with an eye for refined, engaging content
- Strong copywriting skills and a feel for the premium brand voice across formats and channels
- Ability to communicate across multiple audiences; buyers, agents, developers, and wider partners, adapting tone and messaging accordingly
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Deep appreciation for quality, storytelling, and a drive to build something that stands out in the market
What you’ll bring: Nice to have
- Experience across both brand and marketing agency environments
- Background in a marketplace or scale-up organisation
- Experience leading and activating luxury brand partnerships
- Exposure to creator and influencer marketing within a luxury or lifestyle context
- Familiarity with modern tools including Canva, Asana, Slack and HubSpot
- Full UK driving license

- £45,000 to £60,000 salary with performance-related bonuses
