Capgemini Invent is a leading transformation consultancy that blends strategic, creative and scientific capabilities to deliver cutting‑edge solutions. We are seeking a Data & AI Strategy Consultant to help organisations build, scale and embed AI capabilities across their business.

Your Role

In this role you will work at the intersection of strategy, innovation and delivery. You will partner with clients to define their AI ambition, identify high‑impact use cases, design prioritisation frameworks and build scalable AI capabilities. You will also help clients transform their business models, embed AI and automation into core processes and ensure responsible AI adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Redefine strategy – work with clients to set AI ambitions, identify high‑impact use cases and design prioritisation frameworks that align AI initiatives with business goals.
  • Enable business transformation – help clients disrupt their business model by embedding AI and automation to unlock new capabilities, drive efficiency and deliver measurable impact.
  • Build scalable AI capability – develop and scale AI across functions, embedding the right skills, tools, governance and culture for sustainable adoption.
  • Drive responsible AI adoption – design and implement robust frameworks to safely and responsibly deploy, monitor and assure AI, ensuring transparency, security and alignment with core values.
  • Supercharge delivery – leverage AI to accelerate delivery and drive innovation, experimenting with new AI and automation technologies to build proof‑of‑concepts, augment research and automate tasks.

Business Development & Internal Contribution

  • Business Development – lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, development of propositions and client pitches.
  • Internal Contribution – develop campaigns, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development, recruitment activities and offer development.
  • Learning & Development – support career development through training, certifications and skill demand initiatives.

  • Understanding of data and AI technologies, especially GenAI & Agentic Systems – apply these to solve business challenges.
  • Workshop design and facilitation – lead engaging workshops virtually and in person.
  • Presentation and storytelling – comfortable presenting insights, recommendations and prototypes.
  • High‑quality output delivery – deliver impactful deliverables such as proofs of concept, business cases and strategy documents.

Senior Levels

  • Consultant – strong foundation in data and AI with proven entrepreneurship.
  • Senior Consultant – experience delivering AI strategy and transformation projects.
