THE ROLE
This is a hands-on, full 360° recruitment consultancy role focused exclusively on the IT and technology sector across the North East. You’ll be working with a broad range of commerce and industry clients — building relationships, winning new business, and making quality permanent placements that make a genuine difference to the businesses and candidates you work with.
You’ll be given access to a strong suite of tools and a market-leading CRM to help you identify, engage and convert your target audience — but make no mistake, this role is about people, not just process. The ability to build trust quickly and sustain long-term relationships is what sets our best consultants apart.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who knows what good looks like and is ready to bring that to a business that will back them fully. You’ll need to be resilient, driven, and genuinely passionate about delivering for your clients and candidates.
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within IT, technology or closely related sectorsDemonstrable track record of winning new clients and building lasting relationshipsStrong record of making quality permanent placementsExcellent negotiation skills — comfortable discussing terms, fees and salaries at all levelsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and relationships simultaneouslyDetermined and resilient — you don’t give up when it gets competitiveA natural communicator who puts relationships at the heart of everything they doKnowledge of the North East commerce and industry market is a strong advantageA genuine understanding of IT roles, technologies and market trends will set you apartWHAT WE OFFER
