As **Bartender** , you will deliver exceptional beverage experiences by preparing and serving drinks to the highest standards, ensuring quality, consistency and presentation at all times. You will create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, combining technical expertise with a passion for guest service, while supporting the smooth operation of the bar and contributing to an outstanding and memorable guest experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits, in line with recipes and brand standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, equipment and service areas Prepare fresh garnishes and ensure all ingredients meet quality standards Monitor stock levels, replenishing ice, glassware, supplies and beverages as required Transport and organise supplies to ensure readiness for service Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions Anticipate guest needs, providing attentive and personalised service Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service Follow all health, safety and hygiene standards at all times
