Job Description

• Leading Mechanical Design Engineer responsibilities across London projects, delivering coordinated Building Services designs from concept to completion
• Managing Senior Mechanical Engineer project delivery in London, including specifications, reports, drawings and budget control
• Coordinating multidisciplinary design teams across London schemes to ensure technical compliance and quality standards
• Overseeing site inspections, commissioning and project delivery as a Mechanical Engineer within the London market
• Supporting technical surveys including due diligence, PPM and condition reports across London-based assets

Skills / Qualifications

• Degree qualified Mechanical Engineer or Building Services Engineer with experience delivering projects in London
• Proven Senior Mechanical Engineer experience across Building Services design within the London market
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Design, compliance standards and project delivery in London
• Proficient with design software including IES, Cymap or similar within a Mechanical Engineer role
• Chartered or working towards (CIBSE/IET) as a Mechanical Engineer operating in London
