We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our hospitality team in Canary Wharf. This is a Monday to Friday role offering a strong work life balance within a professional kitchen environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction preparation and service of a high quality hospitality offerDelivering a varied menu including breakfast service hot and cold lunches sandwiches and saladsPreparation and service of fine dining menus canapés and bowl food eventsMaintaining high food standards and presentation at all timesSupporting hospitality events and bespoke catering requests
RequirementsStrong classical cooking backgroundPassionate reliable and dedicated team playerBasic knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulationsAbility to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
