A growing fintech company is hiring experienced Java/Kotlin engineers to help build scalable, high-performance financial platforms.

Role

• Design and build backend services in Java and Kotlin
• Work on distributed systems, APIs, and event‑driven architectures
• Collaborate closely with product, platform, and engineering teams
• Contribute to technical direction and engineering best practices
• Spring Boot
• Microservices
• Kafka
• AWS / Cloud infrastructure
• SQL & NoSQL databases
• CI/CD and modern DevOps tooling

What They’re Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with Java and/or Kotlin
• Experience building scalable backend systems
• FinTech, payments, trading, or regulated environment experience is a plus
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative agile environment
