Your role:

• Source, identify, and engage high-calibre professionals across the US market in your specialist sector.
• Manage the full recruitment process — from initial outreach and interviews through to offer management and onboarding.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients to become a trusted market expert.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and collaborating on client growth strategies.
