The role involves delivering safe, high‑quality nursing care to residents, administering medication and maintaining accurate clinical records.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records
• Support and lead care staff on shift
• Ensure person‑centred care and uphold clinical standards
• Maintain compliance with CIW regulations

Requirements

• Valid NMC PIN (RGN)
• Care home experience essential
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Professional, compassionate and reliable approach
