What will you be doing?
We are hiring a Senior Retail Media Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how brands show up and win across the retail media landscape. This role sits at the heart of client growth, bringing together strategy, craft and collaboration to deliver meaningful commercial impact. You’ll work with ambitious brands, leading high‑quality retail media programmes that connect insight to execution. Responsibilities
- Leading the strategic planning and delivery of retail media campaigns across key platforms, with a clear focus on performance and outcomes
- Owning client relationships day‑to‑day, building trust through thoughtful advice, clear communication and consistent delivery
- Translating market trends, data and insights into practical recommendations that help clients grow
- Guiding and developing account managers and specialists, creating an environment where people can do their best work
- Overseeing campaign quality, optimisation and reporting to ensure work is accurate, effective and continuously improving
- Partnering closely with media, data, technology and commerce teams to deliver joined‑up client solutions
- Managing budgets and forecasts responsibly, ensuring spend is optimised and aligned to client objectives
Qualifications
- Solid experience in retail media or eCommerce‑focused roles, either in‑house or agency‑side
- Hands‑on knowledge of platforms such as Amazon Advertising, retail media networks or similar ecosystems
- Confidence managing client conversations, from performance reviews to strategic planning
- A collaborative leadership style, with experience supporting or managing others
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data into clear stories and actions
- Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and priorities without losing attention to detail
- Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine interest in how retail media continues to evolve
