Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
The business delivers healthcare and commercial refurbishment and new build projects under JCT and NEC contracts, with typical project values ranging from £2m to £10m.
The role is office-based in Coulsdon with regular site visits across London and the Home Counties, particularly Surrey and London.

Role Summary The Quantity Surveyor will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Working closely with project teams, clients and the supply chain, the role focuses on maintaining strong commercial control, managing risk and supporting successful project delivery, particularly within live healthcare environments.
