What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with schools across the UK
- Sourcing and speaking with education professionals
- Matching candidates to roles and supporting placements
- Working towards KPIs and personal targets
- Developing your own client base over time
- Learning how to run a successful recruitment desk
