CNC Operator Thetford £14.71 per hour Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Thetford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within an industrial environment, with full training provided and the potential for a permanent position.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Wednesday: 5:00pm – 5:00am
• Thursday: 5:30pm – 12:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC machinery in a fast-paced production environment
• Monitoring machine performance and ensuring quality standards are met
• Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
• Carrying out basic maintenance and reporting any faults
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous CNC or machine operating experience is desirable but not essential
• Background in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
• Quick learner with a positive and proactive attitude
