O’Neill & Brennan is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their exciting government framework projects across Surrey and Sussex. This role involves collaborating with a Senior Quantity Surveyor on projects valued between £20m and £30m.
The position offers a blend of site and remote working with occasional office meetings in Surrey or Kent. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with main contractors and a solid understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.
