Your food will help make every guests stay that bit more special.Key Responsibilities– Prepare and cook high-quality meals to specification.– Collaborate with a supportive kitchen team.–Maintaina clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.– Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.– Adhere to food safety and health & safety standards.– Support smooth kitchen operations to ensure consistent service.Requirements– Previous experience in a Chef role (e.g. Commis Chef, Chef dePartie, or Sous Chef).– Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.– Enthusiastic team player with a love for food and attention to detail.– Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy kitchen environment.– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
