We are seeking a highly organised proactive sales support to work closely with the Sales Director in a faced paced commercial and technical environment. This role is a blend of sales support, bid administration and stake holder management helping to ensure the technical sales function operates efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales presentation, proposals, quotations and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and sales reports
- Coordinate customer meetings, demonstrations and technical workshops
- Support the preparation of responses to tenders
- Act as key point of coordination between customers, partners and internal teams
- Prepare regular sales, pipeline and performance reports
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a sales support, commercial coordination or business support role. You will have a strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
£35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
