We are looking for a Production Analyst to join our growing team in Campsie, Derry/Londonderry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting production performance, improving efficiency, and driving data‑led decision‑making across our manufacturing operations.
The Role
As a Production Analyst, you’ll work closely with Operations, Production, Engineering and Planning teams to transform data into actionable insights that improve productivity, quality and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysing production metrics, KPIs and operational performance data.
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitoring manufacturing efficiency, downtime and quality metrics.
- Supporting root cause analysis and problem‑solving activities.
- Developing dashboards and visualisations to communicate performance.
- Supporting capacity planning and production scheduling activities.
- Maintaining production databases and reporting systems.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence programmes.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with statistical analysis techniques.
- Previous experience within electronics, engineering or critical infrastructure manufacturing environments.
