Head of DTC

We are working with a high-growth DTC brand to help them hire for a Head of DTC on contract basis.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for someone wanting to build a best-in-class DTC function in an iconic brand. You will take full accountability for end-to-end digital trading performance, driving profitable growth while strengthening customer lifetime value and operational excellence.

Role Highlights:

• Own and deliver the global DTC strategy across revenue, margin, and retention
• Lead trading performance through pricing, promotions, and conversion optimisation
• Build and refine a seamless, high-performing customer journey end-to-end
• Align closely with marketing, operations, and finance to drive execution
• Establish scalable processes, tools, and high-performing team structures

You Will Need:

• Proven leadership in DTC or ecommerce brand at scale
• Shopify experience
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership
• Track record of driving profitable digital growth
• International experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth or transformation environments
