Job DescriptionAs a Client Experience Lead, you will be the main point of contact for allocated clients, ensuring they receive a high-quality, personalised service. You will conduct service reviews, manage and update care plans, support care professionals, and proactively address any concerns to maintain excellent client satisfaction.QualificationsExperience within the care sectorSupervisory or coordination experience preferredExperience with care planning and medication (MAR charts)Good IT skills and confidence using care systemsAdditional InformationFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle requiredParticipation in an on-call rota (evenings/weekends) requiredEnhanced DBS check requiredOpportunities for training and development…
