Customs Clearance Agent Location: Armagh Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: Competitive (£28,000 – £32,000) + Bonus + Progression Opportunities Working Pattern: Monday-Friday. One day per week working from home once fully trained. About the Role Our client, a fast-paced and growing logistics provider, is seeking a proactive Customs Clearance Agent to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing import and export documentation, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations, and delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Process import/export documentation in line with customs regulations. Communicate with customers via email and phone. Complete supplementary declarations (office hours and on-call). Stay current with customs regulations and participate in training. Manage shipping requests and provide booking confirmations.
