The successful candidate will support the day to day operations of the business across finance, administration and HR. This role is key to ensuring accurate record keeping, smooth operational processes and professional support to the leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess sales and purchase invoices using Xero, ensuring accurate account codingReconcile bank transactions and maintain account reportingManage the sales ledger, including raising invoices/credits and responding to customer queriesCarry out credit control in line with agreed termsOversee the purchase ledger, verifying invoices against delivery notes and purchase ordersMaintain accurate credit insurance registersIssue credit limit notifications and manage overdue account correspondenceWelcome visitors and manage front of house dutiesDeliver executive assistant support to DirectorsAssist with month-end preparationManage company vehicle records (leases, MOTs, DVLA, insurance)Maintain registers for company assets and devices (phones, laptops, tablets, SIMs)Process weekly timesheets for factory employeesKey RequirementsProven experience using Xero accounting softwareStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365Excellent communication and written skillsHigh level of accuracy with strong attention to detailTo be considered for this opportunity, please apply with an up to date copy of your CV today….
