The role will focus on:

• Assisting in leading the execution of transactions including healthcare acquisitions, disposals, and management buy‑outs for expanding software and other healthcare businesses
• Working closely with clients, advising them on deal strategy and structuring
• Taking responsibility for due diligence and other reports for clients
• Supervising junior team members

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

• Vice President level experience
• Background in M&A, corporate development, private equity
• Experience in healthcare deal execution
• Excellent deal sheet
• Technically excellent
