UK Change Management Lead – 12 Month Contract
You will be responsible for ensuring UK alignment with the Enterprise Technology Change Management Process and overseeing its delivery. The role involves managing third‑party changes with key vendors, leading a team of SMEs and offshore analysts, and driving continuous improvement of the change process.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage the UK third‑party change function, onboarding and integrating existing people and processes.
- Set a vision for third‑party change excellence, articulating a clear strategy and roadmap for execution.
- Own and oversee the UK Change Management process, ensuring high‑quality gates and effective risk and control ownership.
- Lead a small team of change analysts with a service‑first approach.
- Build and nurture relationships with the US Enterprise Change Management team to align UK practices to enterprise standards.
- Drive the evolution of the UK Change Management process, using data and analytics to influence decisions and deliver initiatives.
- Own the change process evolution in response to changing technical and service landscapes.
- Manage ServiceNow product ownership for the UK team.
What we’re looking for
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams to results.
- Strong influencing and communication skills with a talent for building relationships across stakeholders.
- Solid track record in Service/Change Management within a technology service environment.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and complexity, rapidly assessing current state and defining a clear future state solution.
- Understanding of technical application infrastructure and AWS cloud principles.
- Experience implementing change in a live IT infrastructure environment.
- Experience with Agile Project Management methodology.
- ITIL Foundation V4 or V5 accreditation (or equivalent).
- Infrastructure or related experience.
Where and how you’ll work
This is a full‑time, fixed‑term (12 months) position based in our Nottingham office. We offer a hybrid working model: three days a week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and the option to work from home.
