Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership | Arts & Entertainment Industry

Up to £45,000 DOE + Benefits

Remote and Hybrid flexibility

Full-time | 12-Month FTC (with potential to extend)

We are excited to be partnering with a company within the arts and entertainment industry looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership.

An excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive EA to work closely with senior executives in a fast‑paced, creative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations while acting as a trusted support partner to leadership.

The Role

  • Provide high‑level administrative support to senior leadership, including complex diary management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling
  • Anticipate priorities and proactively resolve issues before they arise
  • Prepare executives for meetings, events, and key business activities
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Daily management and prioritisation of inboxes and correspondence
  • Flag urgent matters, draft responses where appropriate, and ensure timely follow‑up on action points
  • Maintain organised systems for communications and document management
  • Coordinate with teams across the business to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Monitor communication workflows and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
  • Support wider business administration as required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives in a similar role (ideally arts, entertainment, media, events, or other fast‑paced commercial environments)
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion
  • Proactive approach with strong problem‑solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under pressure
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams, Slack, Zoom, or similar platforms
