Senior DC Investment Consultant

We are proud to be partnering a leading global consulting firm who is looking to appoint a Senior Investment Consultant to join a specialist and highly integrated UK DC Pensions team.

This role focuses on advising larger and more complex DC clients, working at the forefront of a rapidly evolving Pensions and Investment landscape. You’ll play a key role in shaping investment strategies, supporting governance, and helping clients deliver strong long-term member outcomes.

The role

• Provide DC investment advice covering objectives, strategy design, manager selection, and ongoing monitoring
• Design and evaluate investment strategies for large and “jumbo” DC schemes
• Build and grow trusted client relationships, acting as a subject-matter expert
• Contribute to new business activity, including proposals and presentations
• Support and mentor colleagues, peer-review client deliverables, and oversee project delivery
• Maintain market profile through thought leadership, events, and industry engagement

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in DC investment consulting
• Strong knowledge of DC investment products and structures
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g. IMC, CFA, FIA/FFA or equivalent)
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and commercial skills
