Screening Manager – Reed Screening
Location: New York Street, Manchester.
Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week, 8am – 4.30pm (1 hour lunch) with one late night shift per month.
Salary: £34,000 per annum + £4,000 bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead screening operations to meet SLAs, quality, and compliance standards.
- Manage capacity, headcount planning, and performance across teams.
- Coach and develop Team Leaders, driving accountability and high performance.
- Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk screening decisions.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ideally, experience in screening, compliance, or a regulated environment.
- Proven leadership capability, ideally managing Team Leaders.
- Strong understanding of risk, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills.
- Experience balancing operational performance with compliance needs.
