Strategic HR Partner for Global Science Teams

The 1000 European Molecular Biology Laboratory in Hinxton is looking for an experienced HR Partner to join their HR Partnering team for a 15-month absence cover contract. You will support UK-based staff and managers in operational and strategic HR matters, ensuring a proactive and people-focused HR service.

This role requires a degree in HR Management and strong experience in stakeholder management, coaching, as well as an ability to work in a multicultural environment.
