Residential Conveyancer / Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

About the Role

Conveyancing Fee Earner / Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer role in Milton Keynes. Hybrid working following probation (2 remote days). Salary up to £55,000 per annum, discretionary annual bonus, and pension.

Who we’re looking for

• Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor.
• Must be able to commute to Milton Keynes on a daily basis.
• Detail oriented with experience of case management systems.
• Strong and confident communicator, team player with a positive approach.
• Confident in managing own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage own full and varied caseload of residential transactions, both sale and purchase.
• Provide clear and accurate advice to clients, and liaise with concerned parties.
• Maintain excellent client care, ensuring repeat business.
• Supervise junior team members.
