We are currently looking for Healthcare Assistants to join the best agency in town!
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will assist residents with daily activities and personal care, helping them lead a more fulfilled life. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are a must.
Holding an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred, but not essential; further training will be provided for the right candidate.
This is a chance to bring your dedication and compassion and make a difference in someone’s life.
Schedule flexibility depends on your availability. You can choose to work night shifts, one day per week or more, and a variety of shifts such as 12-hour or 6-hour shifts, depending on the care homes.
This position is ideal for a driven and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of HCA experience (preferably in a care home)
- Easy access to transport or willingness to travel
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic math/number skills
- Empathetic and caring attitude
