Production Team Leader – Food Manufacturing

Location: Dartford

Salary: £13/hr (increasing to £14/hr after 6 weeks)

Shift: Monday – Friday (Max 48 hours per week)

Join a growing plant-based site in Dartford. You will lead the production floor, drive high performance, and ensure strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead, coach, and brief the team; manage rotas and holidays.
• Operations: Oversee production lines, manage change-overs, and hit output targets.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure HACCP, GMP, and 5S compliance; manage traceability and food records.
• Development: Train new staff and conduct performance reviews.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years in food production (leadership experience preferred).
• Compliance: Strong knowledge of Health & Safety/HACCP; Food Safety Level 2 (Level 3 preferred).
• Skills: IT proficient, excellent communication, and a focus on quality.
