CB Driver (Counterbalance Forklift Driver)

Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced CB (Counterbalance) Driver to join a busy manufacturing operation in Corby. This is a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently




• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles




• Moving stock and materials across the site




• Supplying production lines with materials as required




• Stacking and storing products in designated warehouse areas




• Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults




• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment




• Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance (CB) Forklift Licence (in-date)




• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment




• Ability to work rotating shifts (days, backs, nights)




• Good attention to detail and organisational skills




• Strong awareness of health & safety




• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Desirable

• Previous experience within a manufacturing setting




• Flexibility to support other warehouse duties when required
