Chef de partie required in Bury St Edmunds for a fresh food kitchen. You will run a section in the kitchen. This kitchen uses fresh food and butchery. Annual salary £30-32k + tips.
This role is for the main kitchen; a pastry chef de partie position may also be available in the same kitchen.
The role
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the main kitchen and ensure the kitchen section runs smoothly. You will move between sections to develop a breadth of skill and work across the entire main kitchen. This role includes all standard chef de partie duties.
Experience & qualifications
- Fresh food background.
- Good knife skills.
- Ability to work in various sections.
- Experience in butchery on site is desirable.
