Based in Central London. £24k salary package, plus cash tips. Great opportunity to expand your food and wine knowledge. You must have previous fine dining experience and be committed to creating an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for efficiently managing a section of the restaurant.
- Customer service and presentation are very important.
- Knowledge of the menu and food allergies.
- A natural team player with an eye for detail and capable of supervising the junior team.
