Working Hours

Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie you will deliver excellent food standards, prepare seasonal menus and daily specials and support a friendly and supportive environment.
You will be a key member of the brigade, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec and have experience of all stations. You will:
- Produce a range of starters, mains and desserts
- Support the Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management and maintaining a 5‑star rating
Previous experience is preferred, ideally in a fresh‑food environment. Commis looking to progress are also welcome.
