Warehouse Supervisor – Leeds – £35,000 – £38,000

This is a hands‑on leadership position that will suit someone who enjoys running day‑to‑day operations, supporting a small team, and keeping standards high across the warehouse.

The Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of daily warehouse activities and lead a small team to meet operational targets.

• Oversee goods in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations
• Lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives
• Monitor productivity and ensure KPIs are achieved
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping
• Carry out team briefings, performance reviews and training
• Manage stock control processes

The Person

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role
• Confident managing and motivating a team
• Good knowledge of warehouse processes and stock control
• Understanding of health and safety within a warehouse setting
• Counterbalance Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
