Duties:

• Carry out timely collections from customers across the East Midlands area
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
• Follow and uphold all Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Complete collections within agreed timeframes
• Communicate any potential delays promptly to the Operations team
• Assist with unloading vehicles and scanning parcels ahead of dispatch
• Accurately sort parcels to the correct carrier or service
• Conduct daily vehicle checks, ensuring vehicles are clean and well-maintained
• Report any customer feedback or issues following collections
• Ensure full compliance with MICOP regulations to maintain the security of collected mail

Working Hours: Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule, working 12:00 to 18:00
