Healthcare Assistant
Location: Bromley, Greater London
Pay Rate: £16.00 – £21.00 per hour
Work Patterns: Full Time and Part Time, Days and Nights, 8‑12 hour shifts
About the Role
In this rewarding role, you will support clients in their own homes and communities by delivering tailored care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing. Your responsibilities include clinical interventions, assistance with personal care routines and supporting clients to live fulfilling lives. You will also help clients enjoy meaningful moments, support play and educational activities for younger clients, and provide relief during evening shifts including bedtime routines and companionship.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 months of care experience
- Confident with medication administration, personal care and moving and handling
- Exposure to complex care situations
