Inbound Sales Advisor – Vodafone (Concentrix)

About the Role
As an Inbound Sales Advisor you will handle inbound calls from customers in the last 6 months of their contracts, assisting with retentions, selling additional products and services, and engaging brand‑new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from current and prospective Vodafone customers.
- Assist customers with contract renewals and retention offers.
- Identify and promote additional Vodafone products and services.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to new customers.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary £25,480 plus uncapped bonus (average earnings £716/month).
- Rotational shift pattern: 40 hrs/week (Mon‑Fri 8 am‑10 pm; Sat‑Sun 8 am‑8 pm).

Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate, able to navigate and multitask on multiple systems.
- Clear criminal and credit records.
- References available within the last 3 years of employment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
