What You’ll Do
As a Trek Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first faced customer who meets when they walk through the door. You’ll help people explore the world of cycling, learn about some of the most innovative products, and support customers in finding exactly what they need.
Your role is all about creating warm, meaningful interactions. You’ll listen closely, understand each customer’s goals, and offer thoughtful recommendations that improve their cycling journey. You’ll also build lasting relationships with riders in the community — many of whom will return because of the experience you provide.
Things move quickly, customers are curious, and teamwork is essential. What truly matters is your dedication to hospitality, your willingness to learn, and your desire to provide exceptional service. Whether you’re already a cycling expert or just excited to learn, we’ll support your growth every step of the way.
