The role offers a blend of leadership and hands‑on nursing.
- Ensure infection control compliance and conduct audits.
- Support and mentor trainee nurses.
- Manage stock control and ordering.
- Continue chairside nursing, doing what you enjoy.
No prior lead experience? Full training and support are provided.
You will work with a skilled team of NHS and private dentists and hygienists, gaining diverse clinical experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:45am–5:15pm, with a competitive salary of £15.00–£16.00/hour.
The role is full-time, permanent, with an immediate start possible.
Essential requirements include at least 2 years of dental assisting, 1 year of dental nursing, and valid GDC registration. Reliable commuting or relocation to Hastings is necessary.
