About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Job Description
Shifts you are applying for: 20.25 hrs p/w; Sun 12:00 – 18:00; Mon 10:00 – 15:30; Thu 12:30 – 18:00; Fri 17:15 – 21:30
- Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience from helping them find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – providing our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on their size and style.
- Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find what they need and discover new items.
- Store Standards – maintaining store standards front and back, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, assisting loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
About You

- Love the customer – keen to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge, eager to participate in learning programmes.
