What we’re looking for:
- Experienced HLTAs with a genuine passion for education
- Confident in delivering lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Able to support learners across KS1 and KS2
- Proactive, adaptable and ready to hit the ground running
- Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualifications
- A warm and caring attitude that fits with Milk’s values
