Salary: Main Scale £34,823 to £42,057 per annum

Start Date: 1st September 2026

The Governors of St Clements CE Primary School are seeking a class teacher. We are looking for forward-thinking, enthusiastic, resilient candidates who will be able to inspire our children.

Responsibilities

  • Release staff across the key stages specifically being a co Teacher in Year 5, performing all the duties and tasks expected of a class teacher during allocated PPA time
  • Ensure the effective teaching of all pupils, helping them to develop both inside and outside the classroom
  • Support the policies and aims of the school and ensure the good social, emotional and physical development of every child

The Teacher will also be expected to work with groups of students, with a wide range of ability levels, delivering small group Literacy and Numeracy interventions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and talented team.
