The Institute for Technology and Humanity (ITH) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Postgraduate Programme Coordinator to play a central role in shaping and supporting the next generation of AI researchers and leaders. The role holder will be based in the Centre for Human-Inspired Artificial Intelligence (CHIA).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering interdisciplinary community exploring how human and machine intelligence can work together to create AI that contributes positively to society and global progress.

As Postgraduate Programme Coordinator you will lead postgraduate administration within CHIA and provide oversight for postgraduate programmes across the wider Institute for Technology and Humanity (ITH). You will oversee the smooth running and ongoing development of the PhD and MPhil programmes in Human‑Inspired Artificial Intelligence, ensuring an outstanding experience for students and academic staff. Working closely with course leaders, Centre Coordinators, School colleagues, and Institute stakeholders, you will help ensure programmes operate effectively, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. In addition, you will provide training and support to ITH postgraduate administrative staff regarding admissions and course management, and will also line‑manage the CHIA Postgraduate Administrator.

Fixed‑term: the funds for this post are available for 3 years in the first instance. This role can be either Full Time 1.0 FTE or Part Time 0.8 FTE.
