Temporary Project Support – Org Chart Specialist
We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-focused professional to support a short-term organisational project for an established public sector client.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining organisational charts across multiple departments using Visio or a similar platform.
Key Responsibilities
Produce clear, accurate, and professional organisational charts
Gather and organise structure information from stakeholders
Update reporting lines and departmental structures
Ensure consistency and accuracy across documentation
Work to tight project deadlines
Skills & Experience Required
Strong experience using Microsoft Visio or similar org chart/software platforms
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage and present complex organisational structures clearly
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Previous experience supporting HR, transformation, or organisational design projects is desirable
Contract Details
Short-term project assignment
Flexible/hybrid working may be available
Competitive hourly/day rate depending on experience
